On June 26, 2018 the Slovenian Minister of Public Administration Boris Koprivnikar presented Slovenian digital transformation achievements to Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik Ag, IOT40 and ALP.Lab GmbH. We visited Slovenian ecosystem for the development of autonomous vehicles AV Living in BTC City Ljubljana.
Minister Koprivnikar presented the achievements of digital transformation in Slovenia, pointing out the development of the organizational, international, and technological ecosystem, emphasizing the high-performance computing (HPC), Slovenian Government Cloud, and establishing 5G networks.
Our aim of the visit was to recognize the opportunities for testing the solution for autonomous driving in AV Living Lab, which established Slovenian ecosystem for autonomous driving. This includes testing in the urban environment of BTC City Ljubljana, on the polygon of the AMZS and on motorways, operated by Slovenian Motorway company DARS.
